Established in 2004, we pride ourselves on focusing on quality Italian property that is within a convenient 60 minute drive of our offices throughout the country, enabling us to deliver the highest standards of personal service.

Selective Italy is currently active in Southern Italy in Calabria, Central Italy in Marche, the Italian Riviera (Liguria) and starting up the Italian Lake District in the north of the country.
In Calabria (airport Lamezia) we are active in the area comprised by Lamezia Terme, Pizzo, Tropea and Capo Vaticano. This is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful parts of southern Italy and properties here typically combine an attractive price with fantastic sea views and some of the hottest summers in Italy. The area can be reached by flying into Lamezia Terme.
In Marche (airport Ancona, Pescara, Rome) we have selected beautifully restored farmhouses in the tranquil and green mountains of the Macerata province, not far from Umbria and the Adriatic coast. The area also combines highly competitive prices and our developer here spares no effort in creating absolutely stunning homes that combine the country house style of a bygone era with all mod cons. Marche is reachable by car from many northern European countries but is also serviced by low coast airlines at Ancona airport.
On the Riviera (airport Genoa, Nice) we have teamed up with a leading developer to provide an ample portfolio of scenic and high quality homes near the coast between Portofino and Monte Carlo (Monaco).
