With the InCalabria property finder service we will enable you to find any property in Calabria, have it assessed by one of our professionals and obtain our renowed service levels from the first contact until you move in.

Our full service includes:

• Property search and presentation of suitable properties
• Price and terms negotiation
• Engement of, and liasing with, as and if required, surveyors, lawyers and builders
• Drafting and translation of preliminary contracts in Italian and English
• Assistance and translation at the notary act
• Set up of utility contracts, home insurance and ordering of furniture

This service costs 3% of the purchase price, the same as most local estate agents. A minimum fee of €4500 applies.
